Easy as ordering a pizza. Awesome experience!

Great except the stupid pop up that kept asking to send me text updates. Didn't matter if I said yes or no it kept disrupting my order. I almost just went to another site. Make changing size easier please. And you'd shipping is misleading. I felt I was mad too believe I'd have them in 2 days for $19.95 then I read it was the same 7-14 days but 2-4 days faster than regular mail. An extra $15 for that? Not worth the money.

I cannot stand that the "We'd like to show you notifications for the latest news and updates." drop down pops up on EVERY screen, even when I have answered.

I bought some Versus frames in 2017, and it's been an epic battle of gorilla glue versus super glue. Okay so I won't buy cheap frames this time. I was hoping there were some metal memory frames or titanium memory frames like zenni offers. But there was precious little guidance on how to select durable, lasting frames. My problem is I shove the glasses into a jacket pocket while hiking and they get bent or scrunched. (I almost NEVER drop my glasses.) Glad for the 1-year replacement guarantee, that helps. But would have preferred a selection criterion to help me get glasses that last 5 years not 1 year.

I’m elated with each purchase I’ve made! The eyeglasses are so reasonable that I’m now able to finally have more than one spare pair of glasses! Great choices as well! I’ve been telling everyone!!!

Been here since 2018! I love Eyebuydirect! Always great quality and prices. The frame selection is very good. The only thing I would change is if a certain dollar amount was attained, free shipping be included, even if you have a promo code. Other than that, A+

Help in getting right measurements

Overall the process works fairly well, no complaints. Prices are competitive and there is a broad selection of frames. This is my first time ordering, so I am not sure of the frame quality.

Customer service is frustrating, often sends automated messages that shows that they do not take the time to thoroughly read customer inquiries and I have had to repeat myself over and over in extreme detail, with screenshots, when all they have to do is read the previous emails. Refund from return wasn’t initiated until prompted by me, even though it had already arrived in their factory 10 days prior. Will never order again from them

I appreciate all the different options for lenses! It would be great if there were some type of at home try on service though. Thank you!
